Lucy Adamson

Who am I?

I am Lucy and have been working with Children and Young People in a therapeutic way for the past 15 years gaing CYP accreditation with the BACP in 2014.

I worked in a state secondary school as school therapist for ten years gaining experience in a range of presentations and also in depth knowledge of school dynamics and SEND.

I find working by zoom very effective for Young People as they can feel safe in their own environment as they learn to build a safe healthy relationship with me as their therapist.  This safe relationship helps build trust and confidence in Young People which helps them grow in their communication style and all round development as a young person.

I am BUPA / AXA / AVIVA registered.
